Feedback is locked after 60 days...the best thing you could do in this case is to hire him again for a small project, pay him and leave feedback right away!

As stated above, feedback can not be given after 60 days have passed. I don't know what Guru's policy is, (if they can unlock it for you, or post the feedback for you) You can try contacting them (guru).
